  As much as individuals in a wheelchair live ordinary lives, the issues of accessibility always seem to make an appearance. Even the simplest of things – such as everyday transportation – can be a burden without the proper services. That?s why I was excited to hear about the newly equipped taxicabs that are helping to expand the transportation possibilities for those with limited mobility. A newly passed city policy in Louisville, KY (and many other cities across the U.S. and Canada) now requires any taxicab services, with more than 25 cars in its fleet, to have a small percentage that are wheelchair-accessible. I realize that this is far from opening up widespread transportation opportunities, but we can agree that it?s definitely a step in the right direction.

  The real plan or plot was soon revealed as Loria turned out to be another pawn by Bud Selig in his plan. The media crucified Loria and he was made the scapegoat. We now have the benefit of history to guide us, and it has become painfully obvious that Loria was simply Selig?s patsy. Selig has wanted to get rid of the Expos opening since 2001, but most like has been working on this since Claude Brochu in the mid 90?s. He is a businessman, and if a franchise does not meeting targeted revenues, then what better way to line your pockets than the additional monies made for ?expansion fees?.

  While Blue Monday is universally recognized as the dagger in the heart to Montreal?s best chance to get to the World Series (in a non-strike year), we believe that there was an undisclosed day that was worse than that.   So far you?ve made ?110. Now, let?s say he purchases an item for ?230, which costs you ?110 to buy in. That?s another ?120 to add to your GP from that one customer.

  Suppose he only buys one more item from you at ?320, which costs you ?180 at source: your overall GP is now ?370.

  Now you have this information you can make an educated decision on how you encourage the first purchase. In fact you could afford to offer your first electronic gadget at a ridiculously low price, i.e. cost or even below; knowing your marketing method – regular, informative contact – encourages more sales on which you can make your profit.

  So, if you offer your first gadget at ?21 instead of ?50 as a ?special offer? you probably have a higher response of people purchasing than you would if you tried to retain your profit margin on the first sale.

  Don?t forget, it?s the follow-up nurturing that creates your

  life time value.

  The thing is, would you rather have 20 sales at ?21 with the likelihood of further purchases creating a good gross profit for you? Or just 3 sales at ?50 and no follow on sales?

  Blend scent and tergitol. Add to water. Stir slowly.
  Add Hydrocholric acid and color. Stir to fully blend.

  The product is good for cleaning your toiletbowl,bathroom
  and kitchen tiles.

  GLASS CLEANER

  INGREDIENTS:

  Methanol ………………………… 1 liter

  Water……………………………. 3 liters

  Tergitol…………………………. 30 ml.

  PROCEDURE:

  BLEND ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND PACK IN PLASTIC
  CONTAINERS.

  In handling chemicals, you will not need more than the pots
  glassware and bowls. In mixing chemicals, enamelled or glass
  pans and bowls are preferred over aluminum.

  You will also need various containers,jars,bottles,cans,
  etc. in which to package your finished products.
  It is very important to keep your working area clean
  including your tools and utensils. Keep all containers and
  bottles tightly capped to prevent evaporation and possible
  contamination.
